The rooftop pool and fitness centre were great, and the room was spacious with plenty of room. Cleaning could be better and there was no hand soap in the toilet.

The room was modern, spacious, clean, and the pool and gym were nice, with staff who were cooperative. The restaurant wasn’t great, but breakfast was good, especially the live egg cooking.

The rooms are comfortable, the rooftop pool is nice with a good view, the gym is okay, breakfast is okay with a decent variety, but like everywhere in Malaysia it isn’t really a continental style. The staff are very pleasant, and the beach is nearby. For a 5‑star, you could expect water bottles in the room; the housekeeping is surface‑level, with fingerprints everywhere on mirrors and doors in the rooms and common areas, the elevator, and the elevator areas look like industrial buildings, nothing like the hotel’s style. It’s a shame the beach isn’t at least minimally arranged.
