This charming old hotel has been beautifully renovated. We absolutely loved our room, which was thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

The décor had a lovely old‑style feel, but when we arrived the manager and staff had parked in our designated car park, and it took 15 minutes to get them to move the cars so I could unpack.

My sister, two teenage daughters and I had a fantastic stay at the Argyle Hotel in Maclean, a charming sleepy town just 15 minutes off the highway, ideal for a relaxing break. We booked the Harwood Room, which offered two separate bedrooms and was beautifully styled, comfortable, and had a welcoming homely feel. The entire experience was exactly what we wanted—peaceful, comfortable, and charming.
