I liked how close the hotel was to the town, but the noise was a bit annoying.
“A fair stay but it could be much better if small details were looked after.”
The place looked worn out and clearly needed some care; the door seemed broken in, there were molds in the bathroom, no TV remote, and it was very noisy at midnight; the Wi‑Fi didn’t work most of the time, yet the staff were friendly and helpful, trying their best to give a warm welcome; in short, Crystal Hotel is a diamond that lacks polishing. If the place had a bar, it would have been better.

I didn’t like anything. The staff were unprofessional, the food hygiene was disgusting, they served me food on a dirty plate and tray, and I even photographed it and complained. There was no water in the bathroom; they said there were issues with the water utilities corporation. Customer care needs a lot of improvement. I couldn’t finish my stay and had to move elsewhere. The bathroom window was broken and couldn’t close at night, so I had to tie it with a wire—risky and insecure.
