“Nice stay for a few nights. Clean and comfy room. Nice location.”
The room was nice and warm, the outdoor area was nice, it was quiet and had everything we needed; I couldn’t find anything wrong.

Check‑in was hassle‑free, the room was large enough for three people, the kitchenette was practical, and there was a good Italian restaurant next door.

The room was cozy, clean, comfy, and convenient, but one side of the electric blanket on the king‑size bed didn’t work and it would have helped to have some heating in the bedroom.

A spotless room stocked with everything you could need, plus Sky TV as an extra perk. The owner was friendly and kept communication smooth.

The room was warm upon arrival, parking was easy, it was close to town, and the main road to Picton was easily accessible.
