The hotel's initial promise of a great location and facilities was marred by a series of confusing and frustrating interactions, ultimately resulting in a cancelled reservation. Despite the cancellation, the booking status remained active on the platform, and the hotel's internal communication revealed a requirement for a minimum three-night stay.
