“Жахливе ставлення до гостей”

The experience was awful! The administrator refused me check‑in. I was on a business trip, had booked a room 7‑8 days ahead, and received a confirmation. After work, at 20:00, I arrived in a different city and the rude administrator told me she wouldn’t let me in because the room hadn’t been cleaned. She mentioned that there had been no water for 2 days and that guests weren’t supposed to report this. Then she claimed she didn’t even see my reservation, and when I asked for a solution I was told to book a “luxury” room for 2400 UAH or I wouldn’t be allowed to stay. I was shocked by this conduct. I send greetings to that administrator! (I haven’t met anyone worse). I found a workaround in this situation, but it’s sad how people treat their duties, allowing themselves to act unprofessionally and rudeness! You definitely don’t want to work with such people! I do not recommend this place for obvious reasons.

They serve tasty homemade food, the rooms are large and comfortable, the parking is nearby, the sheets are crystal‑white, and the staff are cheerful. The hotel has been operating for over 25 years and everything works excellently.

It was warm and the bed was clean and white. The hotel was noisy all night, as if they were repairing the heating system, even though the street was quiet. They sprayed the room with some disinfectant liquid, making it hard to breathe; we ventilated for 15 minutes but nothing changed. The stairs weren’t cleaned, and after an icy rain the ice on the steps wasn’t cleared at all. The staff made excuses and did nothing.
