The hotel was very pretty and the room was comfortable. It was also well‑situated right opposite the train station. The only issue was that the lady who worked in the restaurant wasn’t friendly; aside from that, everything was excellent.

The staff were friendly and the reception offered lemon‑cucumber water. The hotel is only a few metres from the SBB. Breakfast was good and varied. Even though my room was supposedly on the quiet side, a gear noise could be heard repeatedly; I didn’t know where it came from and didn’t want to ask because I had to leave early and return late. I ended up using earplugs again. It would be nice if breakfast started at 6 am for those heading to early meetings or seminars.
The room was in the Residencia. Everything was fine except the entrance area. They don’t take into account that not everyone has cat eyes. The entrance area in front of the “box” with the safe was too dark, making it impossible to see anything. That’s a shame! I’ve complained about this before and nothing has changed; I’ll have to bring a flashlight next time.

The dog was allowed. The garage exit had two barriers.
