I was told I’d get a single room for three people, but when I got there they handed me two rooms and tried to charge me more than the listed price. I told them I’d only pay what the app said, and they threatened to leave me with just one room that had a bed for three. The bathroom had no partition and water leaked into the room. The staff were rude, I had to find a pricier hotel on short notice, and they called me disrespectful for staying after they’d refunded me.
