The staff were kind, the room was excellent and especially clean, yet the air‑conditioner worked only at certain times of the day, so otherwise it was hot.

The staff were kind and the restaurant was good, but the air‑conditioner was faulty and the bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

The staff were friendly and helpful; they set up our room immediately even though we arrived two hours early, and the area is central yet quiet.
