The restaurant food is good, yet the accommodation falls far short: there's no drink in the fridge, no intercom in the room, and the room lacks even minimal décor. The daily rates listed on the site differ from what guests see at checkout, and the breakfast charge varies, including the amount billed.

The only thing worth mentioning is the breakfast lady who was very unpleasant, never smiled or was friendly with guests who don't speak the language. She told them outright to use the app in a casual and very condescending way, no smiles at all, which really impacted the stay because she was in a bad mood every day, and I spent six days at this hotel. Needs improvement.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, não trocavam as roupas de banho, várias vezes tínhamos que pedir pra fazer a limpeza do quarto e repor as toalhas
