“Unclean room, missing basic amenities, and an uncomfortable check in experience”
The room was a disaster - it was dirty with stains everywhere, and the air conditioning wasn't working because there was no remote. The WiFi wasn't working either, and I was told it might be fixed soon. The towels smelled awful, like smoke, and someone had left a mess by the entrance. I checked in and immediately checked out, and the staff were pretty shady about it, trying to get me to pay part of the bill in cash before they'd let me leave.
