The locals own the property and are super friendly and helpful. The room is a simple joglo‑style cabin with a balcony, the AC and shower hot water work fine, and they delivered a nasi goreng breakfast to our room. The staff offered a 10‑minute scooter lift to Borobudur for $1 each, and we had a simple dinner the night before, making the stay easy and relaxing. Only a few tiles were missing on the front verandah, but we were happily moved to the next door.

The staff were friendly and helpful. On the first day we hit a snag with the lock (couldn’t remove the key) and the lamps (no light), but it was already late and they sorted it the next day. We stayed three nights, and on two of those days we had to leave early for a sunrise tour; they let us shift breakfast to lunch, which we really appreciated. The place could use cleaner rooms and more breakfast options, and the hot shower is limited to one person at a time, so the second person has to wait.

Please pay more attention to toilet cleanliness and clean the ant nests in the rooms, and also take care of the mattress hygiene.

This place is a real gem - the grounds are beautiful and spread out, and it's basically a community center. The room was a good size and the staff were super friendly and eager to help, giving us tips on things to do in the area. Only downside is that it's a bit tricky to find, but if you look for the Parkir parking lot, Google will get you there in no time, or just ask locals for directions.
