We booked the Premier Suite and it delivered everything we expected: great features, immaculate cleanliness, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view of the vineyards was simply stunning, and the dinner we booked was fantastic. We only stayed one night, but we’d come back anytime.

The surroundings of the property are very beautiful, the room was well equipped and you could also dine at the on‑site restaurant.

The hotel and winery are beautiful, and the spot is convenient for visiting both Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. We drove in but used Uber to get around once there. The restaurant offers the most amazing view. I loved the breakfast, but the amount of food waste is really sad, since you’re first offered a shared breakfast platter and then can also order a hot breakfast on top of that. It just feels like a lot of things go to waste this way. It’s nice to be able to walk around the property, see the alpacas, and enjoy the peace and quiet. We finished with a great massage. Overall the staff were great, but we were never told we had a complimentary wine tasting. We discovered this by accident when we decided to have a late lunch at the restaurant one day. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable.
