The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offers an inner‑courtyard view and is accessed only by stairs, accommodating up to four guests. A private bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet, free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The spot was nice and quiet, and the stay was clean. I wish there were more options for breaking.

Gita was the best – she delivered genuine customer service. The only issue was the price.
The location was great, and the deli (Bruno’s) next door was excellent. The outdoor seating areas were very pleasant for relaxing or reading. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping, so I had to sign in and watch a promotional video more than half a dozen times a day.
The location and surroundings were good. There was no air conditioning, just a small fan; they had to give me an extra one because it was scorching hot.
“We were not happy with our stay”
The location was very convenient, right on the edge of beautiful Carmel and within walking distance of everything. Don’t stay here: our room was on the ground floor next to the maid’s room, and we heard running and banging above us every night. The bed was worn and had a lump in the middle, so we barely slept. The “comfort” was not comfortable or restful. We stayed for 4 nights and left exhausted. We only ate the free breakfast once, and it was not great: the bagel was dry and hard, the eggs were disgusting, served on a microwaved paper plate that looked and tasted unreal. We arrived 5 minutes after the posted opening time, but the breakfast room was still locked. I asked about it 30 minutes later when we returned, and the receptionist said she was late. It wasn’t worth the price we paid. We will not return.
