Overall everything: the hotel is very cozy, the room is huge and the bed super comfy, breakfast is a marvel, and Beatriz is a delight, but the mini‑fridge didn’t work.

The personal touch was the highlight, with spacious, quiet rooms and a great value for the location. Everything else went smoothly.

The location, room size, proximity to the owner, and price were all great. The common areas of the building were actually enjoyable, though the room itself looked unattractive at first glance, lacking or misplacing architectural and decorative details that would make it more welcoming. Maintaining a building like this day‑to‑day is tough, but overall the experience is very positive when you step through the door.

Beatriz was friendly, kind, and cheerful, always attentive and helpful. She prepared a delicious breakfast, and the room was spacious. The beds themselves were not ideal, and we couldn’t get a double bed.
