The facilities and rooms were solid, especially the restaurant and its staff were outstanding, yet the front desk staff were not very kind or helpful in anticipating guests’ needs, and I still don’t understand why there was a price change for my stay when we booked it.

The view of the river and the olive bend were amazing, and the shuttle to the concert venue worked great; I loved everything.

The room was large, comfortable, and nicely decorated with most of the amenities we needed, the bed and pillows were comfy, the on‑site restaurant and bar were great, and I really liked the renovation and the river‑front views; however, a blow dryer in the room and better lighting in the bath and vanity area would have been nice.
