The people were very friendly, rice balls were a nice extra service, and they sent the items I’d forgotten to my home at no charge. The internet in the rooms was weak.

The hosts were incredibly kind and caring, the room stayed spotless, and the breakfasts were fantastic—definitely coming back again!

We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the hosts, the room was lovely and quiet, the onsen on site was a real treat, and it was very close to the bus stop that takes you to the ski resort.
