Our room was very clean and fresh. It had a small kitchen with a stovetop. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. A comfortable, good‑value motel for a couple of nights in Nelson. The gentleman at reception was friendly and escorted us to our room. Because we were on a main road, there was some traffic noise.

The building’s style is beautiful. Room No 8 featured two balconies, a pleasant garden view, and a modern interior that had been updated. The highlight was the onsite laundry and the free use of washing baskets and a mobile clothes airer.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy and the motel is in a very convenient location. The host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. Nothing to dislike
