“Rökfritt hotell som stank rök”
The location was perfect, but the cleaning was poor, the breakfast awful, and the staff rude.

The location was good, near Lille torget and the old town. The bed was decent and clean, but the floors weren’t fully clean, and the interior was old and worn.

The service was good, but the selection was quite poor. The reception staff could have been more humble and understanding.

The location and reception were good, but the cleaning was lacking and there was no wheelchair ramp.
