Everything was very clean and the breakfast or dinner was great.
“Super nettes Personal”
The staff were eerily friendly, but the breakfast lacked variety in hearty options.
The cleanliness and location were fine, but there was no minibar, air conditioning, or glasses in the room.

The staff were unfriendly, the rooms were dirty, and a complaint about wet, strongly smelling urine was ignored; stains on the carpet were apparently from a dog, which is allowed in the hotel.
“Hostile environment”
After a grueling day, my wife wanted a quiet moment in the lobby, yet one of your receptionists kept approaching her and asking questions even though she made it clear she wanted privacy. His relentless questioning made her uncomfortable and ruined the peaceful atmosphere. When I told the receptionist about his behavior, he responded arrogantly, dismissively, and confrontationally, openly saying he didn’t care if I filed a complaint. That attitude is unacceptable for someone representing your hotel, and the whole encounter was distressing for both of us. What should have been a pleasant stay turned into a painful experience because of one staff member’s conduct. Guests deserve courtesy, respect for privacy, and professional behavior, none of which were provided.
