The washroom and bath towels are fine. The TV isn’t working, which makes the room feel silent; if it were available, I’d be happier, but unfortunately it isn’t.

We had booked a room online in advance. When we arrived, we were not given the room we had reserved and were told no rooms were available. This is a very bad situation.
