The staff, especially Phuc, Ocean, and the café crew, were very helpful, and breakfast offered great value. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot showers were lovely. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and there was a free luggage storage facility plus free beer in the evenings. The hostel organized activities on some evenings, making it a very friendly and happy place. However, the room felt a bit congested, lacking sufficient hanging space or hooks, and the locker locks were flimsy. Hand towels would have been a nice addition.

The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location was very good. The door to the room was leaky around the frame and let in light and noise at night.
