We enjoyed our stay at Refugio Don Natu; everything was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Our host was accommodating, very helpful, and friendly—thanks for the extra towels, speaker, and hair dryer! The location was great, close to the centre, and we felt safe and welcomed in this town. Gracias por todo :) We liked everything. Very good hotel.

The rooms were clean with a small electric heater, the property felt welcoming with plenty of shared spaces like a BBQ, kitchen, lounge and terrace, laundry was available, and the centre was just a six‑minute walk away; there were no complaints.

We had a great time! The staff was very welcoming and always available. Just a few minor issues in the toilet that could be easily fixed.

The common areas were huge and comfortable, and the kitchen was provided. The lady was extremely kind and super helpful! The room was a bit small, but that wasn’t a problem for a single night.
