The bed was uncomfortable. There was noise and banging on the door in the hallway.

The son was incredibly helpful when we booked. There were no mirrors, no sugar or milk, and the pool felt like a dam. The door outside my room kept banging. I found one golden and one silver fork. The lady who was there in the morning was not helpful or friendly at all; she couldn’t blow‑dry my hair, so I had to do my makeup in a different bathroom.

I had to cancel my reservation because the photos on the listing were misleading; the interior was empty, the pool was filthy, and the doors looked worn out. I was disappointed and left.

The bed collapsed in the middle and made noise, so I left that night for another place; there was no TV or air‑conditioning, and ants were everywhere. The bed, cleanliness, and location were all bad.
