The hotel’s proximity to the center, its cleanliness, and the breakfast were great. However, we stayed on the 4th floor and it was sweltering in the room even though the heating was off; opening the window at night was impossible because the room faced the street and traffic was deafening.

Overall, the facilities were okay, but at €240 per night for a double room without breakfast I expected a higher standard. Paid parking nearby and the location near major roads and the S-Bahn stop were surprisingly quiet. The value for money suffered because the beds were two rolling single beds that separated with every turn, the air‑conditioning was broken, the breakfast was very expensive, and the hotel’s hillside position made driving in Liège less sensible, though I don’t blame the geography.

The city hotel was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was overpriced for those who only want a light spread of coffee and croissants. The priority for unloading and parking is problematic.

The beds are amazing, everything is super clean, and the hotel offers good facilities and a great location. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it’s our first choice whenever we visit Liège. Highly recommend. The only minor note is that for guests traveling with dogs, a few bowls or a blanket/bed would be nice, but otherwise there’s nothing negative about the hotel or the staff.
