The whole staff was attentive, the room and pool area were spotless, the pool zone had fitting music, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, the food was fantastic, and the location was central to everything. The bed was very hard, the A/C was centrally controlled and not great during an extremely hot week, so I had to ask reception for a fan; the dining room could also get quite hot at times.

The breakfast was tasty and high quality, the location was close to the beach, the room was spacious, and the staff were attentive. Despite the care of the facilities, everything felt somewhat outdated.

The whole vibe and the staff were fantastic, and the buffet offered great daily variations; everything was a perfect ten for me.

The service from Pablo, Oney, Claudia, Alfonso, Guillermo, Manu, Michel, Ana at the dining area, Eva the chef, the reception team, and the animators David and Javier was superb—thanks to everyone for making it so good.
