“Nice, clean, very well priced, no fuss self service stay.”

The room had everything I needed: a single bed, Wi‑Fi, TV, and parking was easy to access. The shower in the shared bathroom next door was nice. The place is basically a house with rooms set up for guests, each with a shared bathroom, and it does exactly what you expect.

The place was really clean and comfortable, and the information on how to enter and exit was clear. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect.

“Suprisingly great, for the price!”

The bed was very comfortable for both my husband and me, and the bed linen, towels, en‑suite, and all areas we used were clean. The kitchen had a clean oven, microwave, fridge‑freezer, and dishwasher, though the assortment of pots & pans was odd. It was conveniently located for the Eden Project, but I’d leave plenty of time for the train crossing. Parking was easy, next to the house, with plenty of space. The garden area was not wildlife friendly—sterile, no access or food for the declining hedgehogs. I had to leave my shoes inside the front door because I didn’t want to walk on the gravel, and the colorful line pattern on the en‑suite bathroom floor made my eyes hurt.
