“Peaceful retreat to relax in after climbing Bluff Knoll.”

The room was spotless, and the spot in the middle of town was great. The BBQ spot in the garden was lovely, and the whole property was well kept. Every day our bed was made, fresh towels were supplied, and the bathroom was cleaned. We enjoyed our stay at the Valley Views Motel, and we’ll definitely return.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the hot water was nice. However, there were no utensils, bowls, or plates to be found anywhere. A fuse likely blew in the morning, because aside from the lights none of the appliances worked.

The man at the front desk who checked us in was friendly. The second single bed was a trundle, leaving no space to move; the curtains were dirty and had mould, the room smelled bad, and housekeeping didn’t do their job or even empty a bin.

“Beautiful stay with outstanding services provided by Ronit”

Ronit Roy, the manager, went above and beyond to help us; his service made our stay very comfortable and we felt almost at home. The cleaning crew was also very nice. Thank you, Ronit, we’ll come back just because of you. There was nothing to complain about.
