I liked everything, whenever I come to England I stay here. I love ❤️
Very clean and efficient. Perfect for a short stay. The shower wasn’t great; it needs a new head. Access to tea supplies—cups, etc.—could be easier.
The service was spot on, and Habib was incredibly helpful—thanks a lot. Everything else was fine.
“Super guest house”
I stayed in a spot that was spotless and right next to the train station, with shops and everything nearby. Habib, the new manager, greeted me warmly, handled every request promptly, and made me feel right at home.
“Passable Stay”
The hotel was right next to the main Railway Station in Cambridge. Check‑in was contactless and worked, with door codes sent beforehand. The room was clean enough. The room was covered in dust, probably from the noisy portable AC that needed an external hose by the window. The facilities listed laundry machines, but the new owners have removed them and didn’t update the booking info. An iron was there but no ironing board. A water bottle was supplied, but no cups. A makeshift pantry had tea bags, paper cups, a kettle, and a vending machine. The toilet was very small, forcing you to squeeze around the sink and toilet. The overhead showerhead sprayed uselessly, and the alternative handheld showerhead was broken. The TV remote didn’t match the TV and was unusable. Thin doors let noise spread easily through the building.
