First, I had to pay more than the listed price. Also, there were no meals available; I had to ask the cook to come in if I wanted to eat, and when I asked for a meal she said she was sick. I never ate there and had to go elsewhere. I got the impression they didn’t want to be bothered. I asked for a coffee maker and they gave me a filthy one; the previous user didn’t clean it, and moldy coffee was still there! Definitely not worth the price I paid to stay there. I wanted to stay longer in Crucita and found a place 4 blocks away for only $25 a day, including breakfast, with a much better experience and staff always willing to help.

The pool and jacuzzi were great, but there was a cockroach in the room. We had to pay in cash and they didn’t have change, and they offered no help with luggage; only hotel guests were allowed.
Okay, but the location was an issue.
