“ローマ風呂がなかったら行かない”

Only the Roman bath was there. The reception staff were not good at all—no smiles, they seemed to be pushing us away with a very unpleasant look even though we understood they were being difficult. The room had spider webs; the age of the place is understandable, but it didn’t feel clean. When we went to the bathroom or for food there was no basket or small bag, so locking the room and keeping a phone was a hassle. A child accidentally spilled juice and the parents were scrambling, but no one noticed or came over.

All‑you‑can‑eat included sweet shrimp. The spacious room didn’t have a simple bed for people with limited mobility.

I was pleased that the hotel let me drop off my luggage before checking in, but I was disappointed that there was no shuttle service from Atami Station; the bus was full and I couldn't get a seat, and the hotel offered no alternative guidance, which I found frustrating.

ローマ風呂、1点のみ。 大野やはローマ風呂だけが売り カラオケが無料. 亡くなった父が最後に皆と行った思い出のホテル。それももう30年前の話。 その後のホテルはどんどん古さを増しています。 今回も沢山の人が利用していました。人気はあると思うので是非ともリニューアルお願いしたい。 部屋は天井にクモの巣があり クローゼットは破れて壊れてガムテープでの補修。 洗面所やトイレにはタオルはなく不便です。 風呂へ行くのにタオルを持っていくカゴも小さな袋もなく凄く不便でした。 スタッフの対応も全く良くないのが残念でたまらなかった。 先ず、車を誘導するスタッフ。 車を指定され停めてもいらっしゃいませの一言もない。 フロントスタッフも最低。 必要な事柄も伝えない、館内説明もない、笑顔なんて全くない。何故、スタッフ教育しないのかしら。 今どきは外国の人を雇いそれがとても教育されていてどこでも嫌な思いをしたことがないです。 館内でスタッフとすれ違っても挨拶もない。 伊藤園グループだから？と思ってしまうほど全てが残念でした。
