Mirela, the owner, was super helpful and responded instantly to any questions. We loved her warm, friendly vibe. The place is within walking distance of everything, fully renovated, and immaculately clean—cleanliness was our top priority, and this spot delivered beyond what we expected.

The location was ideal for strolling to cafés, restaurants, and all the sights. The facilities were practically brand new and in perfect condition. The host took great care to ensure comfort and a superb experience, checking in with me regularly and giving excellent café and restaurant suggestions that I enjoyed. I had a problem with the shower draining slowly; the host responded within one minute, had the cleaning lady at my door, and the issue was fully resolved in another six minutes—seven minutes from reporting to resolution, which feels like a record. Thank you so much! Nothing negative, a fantastic stay.
