The heated pool and breakfast were nice, but because it’s a water‑centric tourist spot, a proper drying rack or hangers for wet clothes after outings would have been useful.

The breakfast was excellent, but the elevator was a problem.

The breakfast was wonderful, and every staff member was friendly and attentive; I will miss the warm shower with plenty of pressure. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The mattresses were good, but they need to be replaced.

I really liked the stay. The breakfast is very good, the place is clean and well organized. The room is small, but since we hardly stayed in it, that wasn’t a problem for us. The location is also very good, close to the center, and we could walk there every day. I liked the afternoon tea the hotel offers. There’s always a table with cakes and coffee, which makes a big difference after a day of sightseeing. That tea saves a lot and, in that regard, I give it a 10! Also, all the staff were very attentive and helpful during the stay. As a downside, I initially stayed in a room whose bathroom had no window or ventilation, which made the environment a bit uncomfortable. Then the air‑conditioning stopped working. However, the staff were very attentive and resolved the situation quickly, providing another room. The new room had functioning air‑conditioning and was better because the bathroom had a window and ventilation.
