We arrived at the premises and no one opened the door; we waited a long time touching the place and no one came to open or attend us, and when I called the number listed there, nobody answered.

Location was great, but the people and the instructions were lacking.

I liked the place, its proximity, that it generally looked clean, and the access was very easy. I ended up in a room without ventilation and no AC, so it felt cramped and a bit humid.

You have to register 24 hours before you arrive to receive the code; when you get there you can’t contact anyone because everything must be done online, and they don’t answer calls. The café next door is a different service and they can’t guide you there.

The location is excellent and the bed is very comfortable, but there is no one to receive you, and I didn’t know what to do.
