We were charged a fee for a small towel that we didn’t receive, which was frustrating. While we understand charges for items like laundry bags and lost key cards, the main issue was the towel fee. We hope the hotel can improve its tracking and communication about these charges to avoid similar situations for future guests. Additionally, the hotel requires a key card to access each floor, which can be inconvenient for families or groups traveling together; if family members stay on different floors, it becomes challenging to visit each other’s rooms without a key card.
