I was really disappointed when we arrived at the hotel and found it completely deserted. Despite having a confirmed booking and being on time, there was no one around to help us. We had to find another place to stay, but the hotel responded quickly, cancelled our booking, and apologized multiple times in writing, even offering compensation. I appreciate their efforts to make things right!

We've been coming back to this family-run place for two years now, and it's always a treat. The location is stunning, with great hiking trails and ski slopes right outside the door. The food and drinks are top-notch, and the service from Robert and his family is always friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the rooms could use a bit of a refresh.

We loved the food, the beds, and the scenic views from our room. The dinner service was also great, and breakfast was a highlight. Plus, it was easy to get to the ski slopes and hiking trails from the hotel. However, the "playroom" was a bit of a joke - it was just a corner of the living room, and it ended up being a nightmare with our kids running around and making a racket. The staff tried to help, but it would be better if they had a proper playroom with a door and some seating for parents.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. The accommodation is simple but functional, and the lobby is cozy and spacious. The staff were also very friendly. However, the rooms could use a bit of a renovation to bring them up to date.
