The staff were friendly, the rooms spacious, and the location was ideal—close to everything, but the room next door was noisy late at night and I couldn’t sleep.

The staff were courteous, but the gym machines lacked discs.

The location is good, but I have no idea why it’s marketed as a four‑star property; everyone seemed exhausted and the reception was terrible, which is worse than any three‑star hotel I’ve encountered.

The room was fine, but the restaurant service left something to be desired.
