Bells Meadow Shepherds Hut

Everything was perfect—great location, accommodation, facilities, hosts, wildlife. It was ideal for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet, so I highly recommend it. We didn’t encounter anything we didn’t like.

“Peace and Tranquility”

I had a wonderful stay in this amazing little shepherd’s hut. The little touches with the hamper, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the cute bathroom were all lovely. I spotted muntjac deer, an owl, and even a cockerel in the morning. It was much needed alone time to just relax and chill, and I definitely would return. Nothing to add.

It was so adorable. Incredibly comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Karon was amazing and incredibly kind; her personality was infectious and made the welcome feel very warm. I would 100% stay again for longer! Nothing else.

“A cosy, secluded place in beautiful location.”

The shepherd’s hut feels like a tranquil escape right in the countryside, offering a secluded spot with stunning views. Inside, it’s snug and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and the owners greeted us warmly with a lovely welcome basket. The separate bathroom is tucked away in a small shed just a short walk from the hut, tastefully decorated and stocked with towels and toiletries. We’d definitely return.
