The room, the delicious kitchen, and especially the staff Jessica and Rocky were great, and the snorkeling spot and the magnificent bay were a highlight, but it was hard to access the water for swimming because of a lot of coral.

We stayed for our son’s wedding and the resort was a beautiful, simple place that loved all the eco touches; the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the sunset beach dinner was delicious—truly a relaxing spot with no complaints.

Nothing at all was good; it felt like a waste of both time and money from start to finish. Every promise turned out to be a lie—none of the photos or advertised services existed, and the few things that were there were broken or unusable. The filth throughout the property was unacceptable and the food was downright terrible. To make matters worse, management was abysmal: the manager hid away and actively avoided us instead of stepping up to fix the issues. A complete scam.
