The distance from the railway station wasn’t that far, and there were good malls and restaurants nearby. However, there was no TV, no geyser, the walls of the room were stained, no room service, the lift was disgusting, and the staff seemed to care nothing about your complaints. You’re treated like a piece of shit. When you ask for water, nobody comes. When you ask for food, it’s not available. You’re forced to eat only at the hotel’s restaurant, and even the masala tea in the morning wasn’t offered there. I won’t stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel anymore. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The station is a short 10‑minute walk away, which is convenient. The staff were clearly not up to scratch and even called the police when we raised a complaint. We had booked three rooms, but one was infested with pests, making my spouse and our two kindergarten kids ill. The room also had a nasty odor from a leaking shower, and water even seeped into the room.
