Everything from the staff to the room, especially the breakfast, was excellent.
The hotel was updated and clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was fine, but the lobby and the room floor were dirty, we found two cockroaches in the elevator, and after two nights the room still hadn’t been cleaned; it was messy with unmade beds and a damp bathroom floor.

The service was very bad when I arrived; I was given a room that smelled bad and my unused night wasn’t credited. The place was dirty, noisy, and the staff treated me poorly.
