The service was incredibly thorough. On the day I booked, they called me in the afternoon to confirm all details. When I mentioned I was taking the subway, the receptionist even told me which line to take and which stop to get off at—so thoughtful! At check‑in, they offered honey water, and after I finished, the front‑desk guy noticed my heavy luggage and offered to carry it to my room—truly warm hospitality. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I asked at the front desk and learned I could buy the same bed through their mini‑program. The TV screen was large, and streaming was smooth. The shower had just the right water pressure, and the temperature was perfect for an evening bath. The washer and dryer worked great—especially the dryer, which was super convenient for a hotel stay. Breakfast was very rich, with salad, steamed dumplings, and noodles made by a staff lady that were especially delicious. After eating, I could even grab a coffee to go—such a nice touch.
