I booked a superior king‑size room but it didn’t feel worth the money; it took a full five minutes for hot water to hit the shower, there was mold near the window that didn’t shut properly, and the toilet‑roll holder was upside down so the roll kept falling off.

The rooms were nice and the reception staff were helpful, but the restaurant fell flat in the evenings, the communication was poor, and the food arrived late.

When we got there, parking was more than enough. A very pleasant young lady welcomed us at check‑in, handled everything quickly, and showed us to our rooms. The restaurant dishes were tasty and offered great value, with excellent service that made everything hassle‑free. Breakfast was also good and affordable, and the lady serving us, along with the rest of the staff, was delightful. Our room was spotless, the bed comfy, and it was so quiet that we slept soundly. Nothing else to note.
