My King Suite was noticeably nicer and cleaner than the double Queen Suite I stayed in the previous week, though the desk lighting could use improvement.

I stay here for business and appreciate the full kitchen option, but my double queen suite was far from ideal: it hadn’t been vacuumed, the kitchen plugs didn’t work, the desk lamp was broken, and the pillows were awful—apparently I got the worst suite in the building.

I stayed there for the first time and will definitely return; the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and nice, and breakfast offered many good choices. I strongly recommend it.

“Staff was great. Probable won't stay again due to long-standing maintenance issues.”

Breakfast was great, the servers were friendly and efficient, and the location was exactly what we needed; front‑desk staff were always ready to help and the manager was willing to offer relief for the issues below. However, we noticed long‑standing problems in our first room: the bathroom door was hard to open and close, the paint was uneven, and the hinge was loose. I dropped a Spanish peanut on the floor and ants swarmed immediately. The front desk quickly gave us a new room, but it was of lower quality than the original. The manager offered points and a small rebate, which was an inconvenience but not a major disaster; in my view, the problems were long‑standing.

The hotel was clean, in a good location near shops and restaurants, and the staff were accommodating. The only drawback was the lack of an ice machine.
