The staff were very kind and helpful, and the food felt just like home, but the AC and TV had some issues.

The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent; the room had a traditional heritage look, looking beautiful and feeling comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I’d recommend this hotel.

I worked at Hotel Royal Heritage Jaisalmer during my event at Suryagarh, and its proximity to Suryagarh made travel easy. The rooms were comfortable, check‑in was smooth even late at night, and the staff were supportive. It’s a good hotel for short work stays.
