I stayed in the center, close to everything, and the place was clean and tidy. The food wasn’t available, but there are other hotels nearby.

Cleanliness. Initially while booking I can see that restaurant and breakfast fast is compliment but while on checkin they said restuarant is not available and no compliment breakfast and the parking space what we are seeing in pictures which is not there we have to park in some slope road and the WiFi pwd I got on after 3 hour's of checking most of the time it won't work and spl mention the staff who said that wifi will unavailable on tv then what the use should we want see only cable channels pathetic

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. However, the hot water only lasted for a few minutes, which was a bit of a problem, especially after a long day. The fridge wasn't working, and the sofa, although comfy, didn't actually work either - it was just a decorative piece.

This hotel is a real gem in the heart of the city. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. However, it's a shame that there's no parking available for guests, which can be a bit of a hassle. And if you're looking to get some fresh air or take a stroll, forget it - there's no garden or nearby green space to speak of.
