I was very disappointed: the staff were rude and unhelpful, the advertised suites weren't available as promised, and the breakfast that was included in our reservation was denied. We booked the room for three people but weren't given a proper sleeping arrangement for the third, so overall the service and booking handling were unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for families.
