The place was just too bad, dirty, unsafe, and communication was terrible; we struggled to reach them and had to scream at the gate. There was even a party on arrival, no parking space, so we had to book another place.

The room was elegant and very clean, but the Wi‑Fi was always down and the TV didn’t work. We had no key for our room, yet they managed to find something to use. The staff were partying and appeared drunk.
