The reception team was the most disappointing part of my visit. They showed no skill in acknowledging customers, the main glass door never opened or closed properly, and I never saw the team say “welcome” or “goodbye.” They only mentioned the cost of extra services or requests, and even asked for the price of ice cubes. All of the above.
