“Don’t waste your money.”

The only thing I liked was how close the hotel was to restaurants and not too far from Placerville. The staff were not friendly and refused to accommodate the specific request we made, which was very disappointing. The TV in my father‑in‑law’s room was completely broken; a staff member tried to help once but the problem was never fixed, wasting our time. When we mentioned our concerns before leaving, the staff seemed indifferent. I would definitely ask for a refund. Overall, it was a very let‑down experience and I would not recommend it.

It smelled bad, so I left after only one hour of checking in and checked out quickly to avoid further loss. Nothing was updated and the clientele looked shady and methead‑type. Never again.

The attitude and view were great, but it was pretty expensive.

“Not very pleasant”

The room was a good size. The pool was closed (no water), there was no wifi, and no TV. We booked this hotel because it advertised wifi and a pool. We booked two rooms that were across the parking lot from each other.

“Good friendly staff awesome house keepers !”

The setup was nice, the room was a good size, and there was a big mirror with enough space to do hair and makeup. The hot water kept needing to be reset, and you had to call to ask them to fix it because the water heater was broken, but they were always on top of it when I asked.
